Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a 9×13 pan with aluminum foil that covers the bottom and reaches up the sides .
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the sugars, 1 cup butter and eggs .
  3. In a break roll, mix together the flour, baking sodium carbonate and oats. slowly mix the flour concoction to the sugar concoction until in full incorporated .
  4. spread 3/4 of this mix into the train pan .
  5. In a medium saucepan, melt the fudge ingredients on medium heat, mixing until smooth .
  6. Pour the cocoa mix over the boodle in the pan, then blob the remaining oat concoction on top .
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 30 minutes, then refrigerate .

Recipe Notes
Do not try to cut into the bars after they are out of the oven ! That will result in a sticky mess .
