I love Starbucks cocoa chip cookies and I have always wanted to know what made these different than other cocoa chip cookies. today I am sharing Starbucks ’ secret… shhh. Friends, they use whole wheat & white flour !
Who knew, right ? And despite the fact of the wholly wheat flour, my kids still loved these. A succeed for me ! so pour a cup of milk or grab your darling Starbucks drink, because you will want to sit down and savor every bite of these crisp buttery cookies .

My favorite cookie boodle is from my Best ever Monster Cookies recipe, seriously I would eat the stallion batch if I could without making myself sick .

These Copycat Starbucks Chocolate Chip Cookies became my to-go-to comfort food 2 years ago while we were in the procedure of selling the home most of our babies were born in and building a newfangled home to create even more amaze memories .
If person always tells you that getting a home ready to list and sell with 5 little kids under the age of 11 is easy, well then they are crazy. All 5 kids, Jake and I, our dog, Bruiser, a turtle, and a wop pig. finally, the guinea fowl devour was rehomed due to the smell and size of the room the girls were in. I thought Jojo would have a hard fourth dimension with it, but our guinea pig bed wasn ’ t the most love, so it was easier for her than I thought it would be .

When we originally moved in with my parents we thought it was only to be a few inadequate months and it turned into 10 ! Yes, 10 months. Luckily it went sol well and my parents were amazing. But with all the stress I began to stress consume, my comfort. And these cookies were comfortable to make, irresistible and comforting. I now entirely make this recipe Copycat Starbucks Chocolate Chip Cookies every other month or so but I enjoy them every time I do .

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup carbohydrate
  • 1 cup brown carbohydrate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ cup general-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking sodium carbonate
  • 1 teaspoon

    baking powder

  • 1 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
  • In a large mixer, I used my KitchenAid cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar until lighter and downy .
  • Mix in the vanilla and eggs .
  • In a little bowl touch in concert all of the dry ingredients, wholly pale yellow flour, general-purpose flour bake pop and baking powder .
  • lightly mix in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, making surely to mix well .
  • Stir in 1 ½ cups of the chocolate chunks .
  • Scoop out 1/3 of cup of the boodle. Break the 1/3 cup lump in half, locate on a bake sheet lined with parchment composition. Press in a few of the remaining chocolate chunks into the dough. recur with remaining boodle and chocolate chunks. Have 6 cookies per pan, seat in oven and bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are a gold brown. Remove from oven and stead on a wire wrack to cool. Serve .
